Designing a house with so many needs can be a challenge, but we were able to achieve all the owners wants and needs without sacrificing anything. The design was Traditional and Tuscan. We continued the turnkey process by constructing the home as well.
This house was designed to cover all the needs of the owner. The large open design with the large courtyard makes entertaining and gathering easy with space for everyone. It also has a separate loft for guests to stay or to rent out, with plenty of other guest rooms for people to stay inside the house. It also has dedicated space for a small business to operate as well.
